# The Real Sector strategy

The Real Sector strategy is designed to generate long-term investments in real assets and traditional sectors of the economy that create tangible value and sustainable cash flows. The main goal of this direction is to diversify the investment portfolio of Samurai Cipher Token beyond financial markets and digital assets through participation in real economy projects.

Investments in the real sector allow you to create additional sources of income, reduce dependence on the volatility of the cryptocurrency market and form the long-term fundamental value of the ecosystem. Structurally, this strategy is presented in Figure 8 below.

&#x20; **Figure 8 - Block diagram of the Real Sector strategy**

#### Geographical distribution of capital

To ensure global diversification, Real Sector investment capital is distributed among three main regions of the world:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th valign="top"></th><th valign="top"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td valign="top"><strong>Region</strong></td><td valign="top"><strong>Share of capital</strong></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">USA</td><td valign="top">33,33%</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Europe</td><td valign="top">33,33%</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Asia</td><td valign="top">33,33%</td></tr></tbody></table>

This allocation makes it possible to reduce regional risks and ensure participation in various economic cycles of global markets. The diagram of the distribution of investments in the strategy by region and sector is shown below in Figure 8.1.

&#x20; **Figure 8.1 - Diagrams of the distribution of investment capital by region and sector.**

#### **Distribution of capital by direction**

Regardless of the region, investment capital is distributed among four key areas of the real sector:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th valign="top"></th><th valign="top"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td valign="top"><strong>Business activity</strong></td><td valign="top"><strong>Share of capital</strong></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Realty</td><td valign="top">40%</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Agricultural industry</td><td valign="top">20%</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Manufacturing business</td><td valign="top">20%</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Automotive business</td><td valign="top">20%</td></tr></tbody></table>

This structure provides a balance between capital preservation-oriented assets and areas capable of generating active cash flow.

#### Realty

Real estate is the basic focus of the “Real Sector” strategy and is considered as one of the most stable asset classes. 40% of the capital of the “Real Sector” strategy is allocated to this area. The strategy is divided into two investment segments:

#### The goal of the Real Sector strategy

The strategy is designed to build a sustainable economic base for Samurai Cipher Token through investments in real assets and businesses.

The combination of real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, and the automotive sector makes it possible to create a diversified income generation system that is less dependent on the cycles of the cryptocurrency market.

The profit earned is used to expand the investment portfolio of the real sector, strengthen the financial stability of the ecosystem and create additional demand for the SCT token through a regular Buyback mechanism.

This area is one of the key elements of Samurai Cipher Token's long-term strategy to combine the capabilities of the digital economy and traditional business within a single investment ecosystem.
