# The IPO/ICOs strategy

#### The IPO/ICO strategy is divided into two main areas:

**1. WEB2 Company**

This area includes participation in initial public offerings (IPOs) of traditional companies. Investment activities will be carried out through licensed brokerage platforms: Interactive Brokers, Freedom24.

**2. WEB3 Company**

This area includes participation in initial coin offerings (ICOs), as well as investments in IPOs and other rounds of financing for companies operating in the field of blockchain technologies and digital assets. The following platforms will be used to participate in WEB3 investment opportunities: Nozomi, Echo, Buidlpad, Legion, CoinList, Launchpad-platforms of centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX). Structurally, this strategy is presented in Figure 6 below.

Capital allocation

All funds allocated to the IPO/ICO category are distributed in the following areas: 75% of the capital is allocated to participate in IPOs of companies in the WEB2 sector through licensed brokerage platforms. 25% of the capital is allocated for participation in IPOs, ICOs and other investment rounds of companies in the WEB3 sector through specialized investment platforms and launchpads.

This allocation provides a balance between more conservative investments in the traditional capital market and high-potential investments in the digital asset sector. The scheme of investment capital allocation according to the NFT strategy is shown in Figure 6.1.

#### Profit sharing

The net profit received from investment activities within the IPO/ICO category is distributed as follows: 40% is allocated for the purchase of the Samurai Cipher Token (SCT) in order to create additional market demand and support the long-term value of the token. 40% is allocated to Treasury (the Treasury of the project) to ensure financial stability, ecosystem development and financing of future initiatives. 20% is reinvested in the IPO/ICO category, increasing the investment capital of this area and expanding opportunities for participation in new investment projects.Profit sharing

#### The purpose of the strategy

The IPO/ICO strategy is designed to generate an additional source of income for the Samurai Cipher Token ecosystem by participating in promising investment opportunities in both the traditional financial market (WEB2) and the digital asset market (WEB3). The profit earned is used to strengthen the treasury of the project, increase demand for the SCT token and increase the investment capital of the fund.
